Shingle Product Comparison Summary
Homeowners always ask what our favorite shingle selection is, and the answer is “it depends.” We are able to offer extended 4-STAR warranty coverage with CertainTeed so that is a strong benefit. However, there are other advantages to using GAF shingles and Owens Corning. It depends on what is in the best interest of the homeowner. Gutter Guards
We see a variety of gutter systems when we inspect homes, troubleshoot issues and when we replace roofs. Invariably, if we get a choice; we install: “Shur Flo” brand gutter guards for their effectiveness, low maintenance, and affordable cost. The same drop-in style comes in 5 inch wide or 6 inch wide for K-style new gutter systems or retro-fit applications. The color finish is black, mil finish or copper.
